Yes. We provide onboarding documentation, workflows, templates, and secure tools to help you hit the ground running. We also offer team check-ins and ongoing support when needed.

Most of our clients use QuickBooks Online. We also regularly work with Gusto, Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud file-sharing platforms. Experience with these is preferred but not required, we’ll guide you.

We will provide access to client-specific software as needed. However, having your own access to tools like QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Zoom, or file-sharing platforms is helpful.

Yes! We understand that most freelancers have multiple clients. We simply ask that you manage your time well, communicate your availability clearly, and do not accept projects that would pose a conflict of interest.

Freelancers are paid based on approved invoices or tracked hours, typically on a biweekly or monthly basis, depending on the project. All contractors must sign an Independent Contractor Agreement and submit a W-9 (U.S. based) before payments begin.

Yes. While some roles are project-based, many of our freelancers are invited into ongoing client relationships or internal roles as our agency and client base grow.
